Happy July 4th
Hello Everyone. I hope you had a wonderful Fourth of July.
I never thought I would hear it, but my kids didn't want to go outside on the fourth because it was so hot. They even chose watching a movie inside versus going to the swimming pool. While we did manage a few runs through the sprinklers, playing on the trampoline, and watering the garden, it wasn't until the early evening that we really ventured outside to take advantage of the parades, festivals, and fireworks. Strawberry Romaine Salad
Dressing:
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
